You must be at least 18 years old to open a baggo account or place any bet. Age verification documents are required before withdrawals are processed. Accounts opened by minors will be closed and all funds forfeited.
Each individual may hold only one baggo account. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension. All balances and pending withdrawals on duplicate accounts will be voided.
All promotional bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted. Specific requirements are stated on each promotion page. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before meeting requirements will result in forfeiture.
baggo provides deposit limits, loss limits, session reminders, and self-exclusion tools. Abuse of these tools to circumvent their intended purpose is a breach of these Terms. Self-excluded players who attempt to create new accounts will have those accounts closed immediately.

baggo reserves the right to suspend or close any account found to be engaged in fraudulent activity, collusion, abuse of promotional terms, or any activity that violates these Terms. Such closure may result in forfeiture of balances pending investigation.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between baggo ("we", "us", "our", or "the Platform") and any individual ("you", "the Player", "the User") who accesses or uses the services provided through the baggo website and any associated mobile applications or platforms (collectively, "the Platform").

To access the full range of baggo services, you must complete the registration process and create a personal account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. This includes, but is not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. baggo recommends using a strong, unique password and enabling any available two-factor authentication features. You must notify baggo immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your account. baggo will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised account access where you have failed to take reasonable security precautions.
Each individual person may hold only one active baggo account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. baggo employs automated and manual systems to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all associated accounts will be suspended, promotional winnings will be voided, and genuine deposited funds may be returned to the original payment method after investigation.
baggo is committed to maintaining a safe and compliant platform. As part of this commitment, we may request identity verification documents from you at any stage of your account's lifecycle. Accepted documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), Passport, or Driving Licence. Proof of residential address (such as a utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months) may also be required. Withdrawal of funds will not be processed until KYC verification is successfully completed.

The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 per transaction. There is no maximum deposit limit set by baggo at the platform level, although individual payment providers may impose their own transaction limits. Players are advised to check the limits of their chosen payment method before initiating a deposit.
Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your baggo account within seconds of the transaction being confirmed by the payment provider. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on the processing times of the respective bank. baggo does not charge fees for deposits; however, your payment provider may levy its own transaction charges.
You may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts — including those belonging to family members — are not permitted. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party source will be reversed, and the account may be suspended pending investigation. baggo does not accept cryptocurrency deposits.
Withdrawal requests may only be submitted by verified account holders who have completed the KYC process to baggo's satisfaction. Any active bonus balance that has not yet met its wagering requirement will be withheld and cannot be included in a withdrawal request until the requirement is fulfilled.
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 per transaction. Maximum single-transaction withdrawal limits are determined by baggo at its sole discretion and may vary based on your account's verification status, payment method, and tenure. baggo will communicate applicable limits through your account dashboard.
Withdrawals to bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay wallets are typically processed within 30 minutes of approval for fully verified accounts. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three business days, depending on the receiving bank. Withdrawal processing times quoted by baggo are estimates and not guarantees; delays may occur due to additional verification requirements or payment provider processing schedules.
Funds must be withdrawn to the same payment method used to make the original deposit, where technically possible. This policy is maintained to protect against money laundering and financial fraud. Where the original deposit method is no longer available, baggo will work with the account holder to identify a suitable alternative, subject to successful verification.
baggo reserves the right to delay or decline any withdrawal request where: (a) additional identity or source-of-funds verification is required; (b) there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, collusive, or abusive behaviour; (c) the account is under investigation; or (d) the withdrawal would breach applicable laws or regulations. baggo will communicate the reason for any delay or refusal to the account holder within a reasonable timeframe.
baggo offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, the Bangladesh Premier League (BPL), and the ICC T20 World Cup. All promotions are subject to these general Terms as well as any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion.
Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, all bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated on each promotion page. Wagering requirements must be met using real-money bets; bets placed using bonus funds that are still subject to a wagering requirement do not count toward future bonus wagering obligations unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or circumvent the terms of any baggo promotion is strictly prohibited. Prohibited behaviours include, but are not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses more than once; using bonus funds exclusively on low-risk or near-certain outcomes to satisfy wagering requirements; collusion with other players to generate artificial qualifying bets; and using automated software or bots to interact with the platform. baggo reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel winnings generated from abusive play, and close accounts in cases of confirmed bonus abuse.
Bonus funds and free bets that are not used within the validity period specified in the relevant promotion terms will expire automatically and be removed from your account balance without notice. baggo is not obligated to provide reminders of approaching bonus expiry dates, though it may do so as a courtesy.
All bets placed on the baggo platform are subject to acceptance by baggo. baggo reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including bets placed on events where the outcome is already determined at the time of placement, bets placed as a result of a technical error in the displayed odds, or bets placed in circumstances that suggest an unfair advantage.
Odds displayed on the baggo platform are accurate at the time of display but are subject to change without notice until a bet is confirmed. In-play (live betting) odds fluctuate in real time as match conditions change. baggo makes no guarantee that a specific odds price will remain available at the time your bet request is processed.
Where baggo publishes odds or market information that contains a clear and obvious error (commonly referred to as a "palpable error" or "palpable mistake"), baggo reserves the right to void all bets placed at the erroneous odds, regardless of whether those bets have already been settled. baggo will make reasonable efforts to identify and correct palpable errors promptly and to communicate with affected players. Refunds of stakes placed at erroneous odds will be processed within five business days of the error being confirmed.
If a sporting event or match on which a bet has been placed is cancelled, abandoned, or postponed beyond the period specified in the relevant sport's rules, all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned to the player's account balance unless the relevant market has already been settled. Specific rules governing void scenarios for individual sports (cricket, football, kabaddi, tennis, etc.) are published in the baggo sports betting rules section of the platform.
All slot games, table games, and crash games available on the baggo casino operate using certified random number generators (RNG) provided by licensed game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Reducing or removing a deposit limit requires a mandatory cooling-off period of 24 hours before the change takes effect. Self-exclusion periods, once activated, cannot be reversed before the selected exclusion period expires. Players who are self-excluded must not attempt to open new accounts; any accounts opened in breach of a self-exclusion will be closed immediately and any winnings generated during the exclusion period will be voided.

The collection, processing, storage, and use of your personal data by baggo is governed by the baggo Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering a baggo account, you acknowledge that you have read and accept the Privacy Policy. Personal data provided during registration and subsequent use of the platform is used solely for the purposes described in the Privacy Policy and will not be sold to third parties. All data is stored using industry-standard encryption and access controls.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, baggo's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your baggo account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
baggo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption, arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, whether or not baggo has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
baggo makes no warranty that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled maintenance windows and unplanned technical outages may temporarily affect platform availability. baggo will make reasonable efforts to minimise downtime and to communicate planned maintenance in advance via the platform.
baggo reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, baggo will provide notice via the platform or by email to your registered address at least 7 days before the change takes effect, except where immediate amendment is required by applicable law or regulatory guidance, in which case changes may take effect immediately.
Your continued use of the baggo platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and close your account. Any pending withdrawals at the time of account closure will be processed in accordance with the Terms in effect at the time the withdrawal request was submitted.
